Return policy

Parts, with some limitations, may be returned within 14 days of delivery only after proper written authorization. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included and attached.

  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), if accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original payment method, less the shipping cost and the PayPal. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2 – 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • Unless an item is being returned due to a fault from our side, you are responsible for all expenses associated with the return, including any duty charges for international returns. Parts returned without a return authorization are no accepted.
  • If you are not sure about sizing or application of a product, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you.
  • All returns are subject to our 15% re-stocking fee and additional 20% our supplier charges.

Return Shipping Options

  • You have the freedom of choosing how to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance for your return.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during the transportation. We encourage you to insure the shipments to the of value of the product.
  • Return shipping instructions: Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Order Cancellation / Modifications / Disputes

  • If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please let us know immediately.
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12hrs after they are placed for a full refund, less the PayPal charge. All other cancellations will be refunded in full, less the Paypal charge, and 35% restocking fee.
  • If a dispute is flled with PayPal or with the credit institution of the buyer prior to the listed shipping time is expired, the processing of the order will be put on hold until the dispute is closed. That will also postpone the departure of the purchased item(s) from our warehouse and will extend the delivery time to 20-24 business days after the dispute is closed, before the item(s) are mailed and tracking number is provided.

Used, damaged or unwanted goods

  • Any parts showing signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scratches, mounting, etc) or otherwise in a condition other than when they were sent, will be rejected.
  • We encourage you to walk on a carpet, wear and test fitment of your boots and gear indoors and before going out for a ride.
  • Non-returnable items
  • Electronics which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal is broken.
  • Parts which has been installed or mounted or show signs of attempting to be installed or mounted
  • Tools or other items that has been opened or the manufacturer’s seal broken are non-returnable.
  • Items which original packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.
  • The sales of used parts are final, no return is accepted.

Defective items

  • Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Beemerparts will assist clients with their warranty. Beemerparts does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
  • We inspect the items returned as defective to determine if the item is defective.

Damaged Items

  • Please let us know immediately if any item(s) of your order arrive damaged. Keep all original shipping containers and take photos.
  • Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and we will assist our clients with these claims.
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding as sometimes the claim process can take longer than expected.
