Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States
We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
All of the items we sell will ship in 10 – 12 business days. We operate our own warehouse and to keep the prices low and competitive we have only few people working there, processing large amount of orders.
For that reason, no parcels are shipped to our clients from there. The orders are loaded on a large truck, delivered to our office where they are inspected, labeled and mailed to you.
All items are mailed in 10 – 12 business days, unless they arrive to us damaged and need replacement. In this case we will inform you right away. We reserve the right to exchange the damaged goods. That extends the delivery period to another 10 – 12 business days. The order cancellation policy applies to the extended period.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will be sent when your order is on the way.
To keep the prices low we use USPS and UPS ground. We offer faster delivery at additional cost.
International Shipping

The posted shipping cost is for orders with delivery addresses within the lower 48 states. We ship worldwide at additional cost.
For shipping outside US, please email your inquiry to info@beemerparts.com before placing an order and we’ll send you the cost.
If we are not contacted prior to placing an order, cancellation due to the additional cost of shipping will result in a refund less the PayPal fees for the transaction. Customs duties, import fees and charges are not included in the cost of shipping and are a responsibility of the buyer.
If clarification or payment of the cost of delivery is required, we’ll send you an email and a PayPal payment request. The time for the delivery mentioned above starts when all details are clarified and the payment is received.
Canceling an order

If the shipment of an order is
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service at additional charge. In some cases, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. It may take an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do what is possible to satisfy your request.
Backorders
Beemerparts.com does not take back orders.
Damaged Goods
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the parcel before it is opened. Contact beemerparts.com Client service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but beemerparts.com will assist with these claims to the best of its ability.
