Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States
We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
All of the items we sell will ship in about 10 business days. We operate our own warehouse and to keep the prices low and competitive we have only few people working there, processing large amount of orders.
For that reason, no parcels are shipped to our clients from there. The orders are loaded on a large truck, delivered to our office where they are inspected, labeled and mailed to you.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked “In Stock” The earlier in the day the order is placed, the earlier it will go on the line for processing.
Because not all products can be in stock all the time, a small number of items will be marked “Available”. For these we require additional 3–5 business days lead time. These items are available at our supplier and will have to be delivered to our warehouse. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within a hours of the shipping.
To keep the prices low, most orders will be shipped USPS ground. If you need your order delivered faster, we utilize USPS priority, UPS and FedEx at additional charge.
Business days are Monday-Friday.
Holidays and Sunday are not included in shipping days. For your convenience we may ship on Saturday, but that is not guaranteed and depends on the time the content of your order will be at our office.
Fast Standard Shipping
Delivery typically in one to five business days.
Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if your order is shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
We ship worldwide at additional cost. Please email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you the price for delivery to your location.
Note: Due to the large size of some parts, the carriers apply restrictions in the delivery times. If that is the case, we will inform you and will ship by the next shipping option available.
Canceling an order
If your circumstances change, act fast!
Orders with status “Processed and ready to load” cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service. In some cases, packages may also ship via UPS Ground. It may take an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do what is possible to satisfy your request.
Due to the size and weight of some products, please contact us for shipping quote.
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, some full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.
Typically packages will require a signature. If you cannot sign, please let us know and we will schedule a re-delivery or will ask your local postal office to hold the parcel for you to pick up.
Beemerparts.com does not take back orders.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Beemerparts.com Client service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Beemerparts.com will assist clients with these claims to the best of its ability.
