I saw some BMW Boots on Facebook and decided to click on the add for a description and ended up ordering a pair. I was concerned because I was having trouble getting the link for me to pick the size I needed, I was assured that once I ordered them, I could update the size so I took the leap of faith and ordered them. I immediately received an email from Simeon Simeonov acknowledging my order and the size I needed and he proceeded through the ordering cycle of when the boots would be shipped and when they would arrive. They arrived packed to perfection and just as advertised and I let him know how pleased from start to finish I was. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my riding friends and to order something else through them when the need arises. They make a point of keeping you in the loop from the initial ordering to its shipping and follow up to make sure you received the item and that it wasn’t damaged.
