I was amazed at the quality of service that I received from Simeon Simeonov. I ordered a beautiful top case as a genuine BMW accessory for my R1200RT. He kept me updated all along with the status of my order. When there was a problem with how I assembled the lock, he happily walked me through it and found a solution. Even though I was an internet customer on the other side of the country, he was as friendly and responsive as he could be. I will order from him again.
