I would like to say thank you for you excellent service before and after the sale on my new BMW top case. Although there were some hiccups along the way that were beyond your control, you continued to provide timely status updates. When I informed you that I had an upcoming ride planned, I was surprised when you offered your personal top case. That’s customer service above and beyond!
Although I chose to perform the installation myself, you offered to install the third tail light option and key the cylinder at no additional charge! A dealer would have charged at least a half hour of labor to perform this service.
