I needed some pretty expensive parts for my new R1200RT.

Simeon called the next day with an ETA.
The packaged arrived ahead of schedule and it was well packed. I splurged on the extra tail light with the flasher and Simeon installed the light and flasher when it was shipped.
Thanks to Simeon, even with the extras I splurged on, I still payed much less than getting the parts at the local dealer.
