I want you and others to know how pleased I am with the BMW OEM passenger backrest parts I ordered for my 2015 R1200RT. The parts you sent were all I needed for installation of the GTL backrest on my 49 L. top box, even including the necessary hinges and foam washers for waterproofing all screw heads. Everything fit perfectly, no cutting or drilling required and it looks great.
My wife says “very comfortable and I feel secure”. She never said that about the stock RT backrest.
Your attention to detail, prompt response, packaging/shipping and excellent communication are second to none. Thank you for improving our riding experience on this bike!
