I reached out to Genuine BMW Motorcycle Parts with a specific need. I had recently damaged the right mirror on my 2006 BMW k1200s and wanted a new (not used) replacement. Simeon (the Manager) assisted me with the mirror replacement. Not only did he give me a price that beat all competitors, but he also made sure the mirror was delivered to me quickly and that it was in good condition. Simeon followed up on my order through emails and phone calls to make sure I received my order.
