The top case arrived in perfect condition. Not only was your price below that of other sellers (no tax, no shipping, keyed alike at no charge), but your customer service was some of the best I’ve ever encountered. I want you and others to know how pleased I am with the BMW OEM passenger backrest parts I ordered for my 2015 R1200RT. The parts you sent were all I needed for installation of the GTL backrest on my 49 L. top box, even including the necessary hinges and foam washers for waterproofing all screw heads. Everything fit perfectly, no cutting or drilling required and it looks great.
My wife says “very comfortable and I feel secure”. She never said that about the stock RT backrest.
Your attention to detail, prompt response, packaging/shipping and excellent communication are second to none. Thank you for improving our riding experience on this bike!

Just like the previous review, I’ve built a very good business relationship with Simeon. He’s been very accommodating, and communication couldn’t be better! Even after not ordering anything or even communicating with him for months, I received an email from him after Hurricane Harvey making sure that my family and I were ok. Not very many people put half that much effort into customer relations. I was also able to forward a donation that he personally made to a family in need after the hurricane. You’ve made a customer for life, and anyone else I can point in their direction will become very satisfied customers. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to rate his company.
I met Simeon on the R1200RT Facebook page. He introduced himself as I was asking questions about products. Since that introduction, we have established a great business relationship which is sometimes difficult for me when meeting people on line because this world trends to be made up odds scammers. I can say that Simeon has been nothing but honest in all aspects and when things are backordered, he communicates and keeps me updated on the progress.
