Although there were some hiccups along the way that were beyond your control, you continued to provide timely status updates. When I informed you that I had an upcoming ride planned, I was surprised when you offered your personal top case. That’s customer service above and beyond!

Although I chose to perform the installation myself, you offered to install the third tail light option and key the cylinder at no additional charge! A dealer would have charged at least a half hour of labor to perform this service.

You have earned my respect and business. I will pass along your contact information to my riding buddies and inform them of your impeccable service and discounted prices on BMW motorcycle parts, accessories, and apparel.

Simeon keeps you informed by phone, text and email, and offered to install the break light, modulator, and key the cylinder lock, all for free. The case was packaged very well and arrived flawless. I had a problem removing the stubborn case electrical cover on my bike so I called him on a Saturday for advice. Not only was he helpful with the case cover, he offered to send me a seat heater electrical cover when I asked if any of those were available. I highly recommend calling or writing Beemerparts.com for any part or accessory, even if it is not listed on their web site!
