I ordered some tough to find fairing screws from GMP. It was a small order, but I was blown away by the price, service and communication I received from Simeon and his staff. I will certainly use them again for parts in the future.
It was a pleasure doing business with Simeon Simeonov and company. He provided excellent communications throughout the process including supplying shipping data, including the expected delivery date (which was spot on). He supplied the tracking number so I could monitor the package all the way here. Once the package arrived, Simeon walked me through (by phone) the process of coding the lock so that my bike key would operate the trunk lock, along with the rest of the installation and operation process. The trunk box was very well packaged / protected and it arrived damage free. I highly recommend doing business with Simeon and his company.

It’s not very often that I provide feedback on a company when I am the customer and expect good service, but on this occasion I have to say I have been provided ‘excellent’ service from Simeon at Bemmerparts.
I am writing this review from Australia, where I have been seeking to obtain a new key fob for my BMW R1250RT. After not receiving much assistance from my local dealers and expensive pricing as well, I found myself doing a web search and come across Bemmerparts in the USA – who had the key fob I was after at a very good price.
Being in Australia I wasn’t sure if it was going to be all ‘too hard’ to arrange for the key fob to be cut etc from the USA, but right from my very first email Simeon help me through the process of getting the key fob ordered through the webpage, cut and delivered. Updates on my order were provided all along the way, right to emailing me saying your key has been delivered.
In summary – excellent service from a USA company that I hope I have the opportunity of using again. And would I recommend Beemerparts – a big YES.

I saw some BMW Boots on Facebook and decided to click on the add for a description and ended up ordering a pair. I was concerned because I was having trouble getting the link for me to pick the size I needed, I was assured that once I ordered them, I could update the size so I took the leap of faith and ordered them. I immediately received an email from Simeon Simeonov acknowledging my order and the size I needed and he proceeded through the ordering cycle of when the boots would be shipped and when they would arrive. They arrived packed to perfection and just as advertised and I let him know how pleased from start to finish I was. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my riding friends and to order something else through them when the need arises. They make a point of keeping you in the loop from the initial ordering to its shipping and follow up to make sure you received the item and that it wasn’t damaged.
Pretty new to the big K bike, and the forum. And I got to give a thumbs up to Simeon of Genuine BMW parts, at info@beemerparts.com. He is absolutely the best for buying parts, and goes the extra mile to get it done. I started with the top case for my bike. Sent him my spare key so everything worked as it should, and he took care of everything, getting it back to me in quick turnaround time, and checking in to make sure I was happy.
Then, I needed his service again, and this time, it was not a fun request. Riding a curvy road up in Northern California, which suddenly got very bumpy. Bike handled it fine, but unfortunately, when I took a break, I got off the bike, and to my horror, the left side case was gone. Disappeared. Somewhere back over the last 50 miles. Well, my buddy and I rode that stretch a couple times, but it was nowhere to be found. So I called Simeon right away to get his help. Next surprise is, while the pannier itself readily available, not so with the painted covers. In fact, I’m not even sure BMW supplies them painted anymore. But Simeon tracked them down, and looks like I’m taking delivery any day now. Of course they are not cheap.
Good lesson learned. Check and double check those cases are well secured before hitting a bumpy stretch. If you lose one, they are expensive and hard to find an exact match.
Simeon went the extra mile to find the painted covers. I’ve never met him, but hope to buy him a beer some day when I do.
Just bought a top case from Genuine Motorcycle Parts. The case is original BMW equipment and exactly what I wanted. Matches my bike. The service was outstanding. They called me to confirm the order within minutes of buying online. They asked if I wanted them to key the case to me bike key. I should have said yes. Once delivered, they walked me through keying the case to my m/c key on the phone. Not kidding, it was outstanding service.

I was hunting down some original BMW arm rests for my 2018 RT, and found that the Comfort Arm Rests for the K-bikes will fit the RT, with a slight modification.
Simeon talked me through what I needed and was fantastic to work with. The ordering process was very easy, he kept me informed of the progress of the order, and let me know when it shipped.
The parts arrived not 10 minutes after I unboxed and inspected them Simeon checked up to let me know they had been delivered and asked how everything looked.
